Marketing and Distribution Manager (A&H/Life/Travel) for Spain and Portugal

- Leading the Marketing & Distribution Department: Multidisciplinary internal team of 7 professionals.
- In charge of sales distribution channels, outbound telemarketing 90% , other channels (e-commerce, mobile marketing, point of sales, media) 10%
- Responsible for New Business adquisition, strategy, setup and execution of outbound telemarketing campaigns for selling personal accident insurance in Spain and Portugal.
- Management of more than 10 external contact centers in Spain, Portugal and Peru, plus another in-house call center.
- Design of quality control procedures, SLAs and compensation models for the Call centers.
- Responsible for ROI and P&L of marketing campaigns

- Implementation of 360º model (sale, conversion, persistency, cross-selling, up-selling, win-back, unpaid recovery, loyalty program).
- Setting objectives of volume, response rate, cost, quality, conversion rate, AARP and deadlines in campaigns.
- In-depth analysis of KPIs. Detect and correct deviations against the expected performance.
- Guarantee 100% compliance with legal requirements and TCF (Treat Customers Fairly).
- Business development B2B (Sponsors) and DTC (List brokers)
- Liaison with other departments: Underwriting / Legal / Finance / Business Intelligence.
