High experience in Retail market. During the last 15 years I have worked for several retail companies. My roles during this time have been:
Working at the stores in 3 different hypermarkets as sector manager. My responsibilities were related to the P&L of couple of sectors. Managing teams of 5/6 people.
Working in buying. I have work as a product manager and buying manager as well. My work consisted on
- Range design
- Supplier negotiation at national and international level
- Stock management
- Relation with the store chain
Working in Marketing. I had and now too, the responsibilities related with the 4 “p”
- Product policy and strategy
- Price policy
- Placement
- Promotion.
As Marketing and commercial director I was responsible for the commercial business. That means
- Deep knowledge of ecommerce and ofline channel
- Online marketing expert. Marketing mix strategy
- Promotional and commercial strategy
- Customer experience with online customers and b2b ones through the tele sales and direct visits to the key ones
- Managing 2 teams one in Portugal and other in Spain
